Your concern is paramount to the education of your son. Extra-curricular activities that do cost you a fortune should be addressed with forthright.

Let Mr. Voltaire Arzadon, the chairman of the board, be aware, if these activities that are included in the school curriculum have its targeted expense meaning with the tuition.

If it will cut your arm and a leg to send your son to Colegio de Dagupan, I think, there are other options you could do without.
