Mr. Pontaoe,
Government is by the people & for the people BUT not all the people are politicians. Some of the ordinary citizens are part of the problem in our beloved country. What did you mean that all people of the Philippines are rotten? Is Mr. Ermin Garcia included? What happened to your beloved Governor of IL? As to my adopted state of NY, my Governor resigned.
