The PCE did it again proclaiming that the Filipino inventor Glenn Castillo had 500 inventions. I firmly believe that Mr. Jun Velasco, the Prolific Columnist Extraordinaire does not know how to differentiate an innovation from invention.

Are the writers of Sunday Punch allowed to misinform the public? Do they have ethics?
