Whadayaknow? Guvnor Espin-off gives up the ghost on jueteng?

Espin-off wanted to be excused in a “losing situation” that is seemingly running out of control?

It goes, Espin-off can plea insanity in demonstrating that he cannot do anything about ‘jueteng’, but this irrational situation on his part only establishes rationality, that insanity is a requirement to let everybody know Espin-off is sane. He knows what’s going on and lets it pass.
