Dagupan’s problem with squatters

They are squatters who illegally construct their house on a public property. They should be put in jail. Let the Hizzoner use the iron hand to prosecute violators. It is not the duty of the government to provide for a free shelter. How about the tax payers?
If that’s the attitude of Sitio Russia illegal settlers, the government of Dagupan got a big problem if they have no guts to enforce the law.
