Anarchy? What are you talking about George Mejia?

There’s already anarchy in Sitio Russia when they defied the City of Dagupan on what was agreed upon.

The absence of government authority where can be seen, when Mayor Fernandez accommodated them, brought this state of lawlessness, which is getting out control.

It’s time to exercise muscle on these riffraffs and shenanigans.
