Reading your article is interesting but I have a reservation on how much research you had done prior to publishing your column.

Here’s an excerpt of your article, “There are many students from all over the world who acquire post-graduate training in America and other developed countries. When a Chinese or Japanese, for example, receives such training, most of the time their next destination would be to their native country”.

As a small time venture capitalist let me tell you that your statement is totally wrong. If you visit Mountain View, Calif where Silicon Valley is located your assumptions are unfounded. Go to the US East Coast where there are a lot of small tech businesses that are owned by Ivy League so post grads. Please do your research with due diligence.

BTW, the reason a lot of educated immigrants leave their country is the opportunity and freedom American offers. Their loss is America’s gain.
