Philippine National Police should be ae good example of a good institution.

Look at them in every corner, if they have a chance to take advantage, they don’t care basta may kotong. We can just call them ‘Pahingi Ng Pera’ maganda pa na pakingan. Busted si Gen. dela Paz sa kanyang tongpats.
