Well, seems Espin-off is showing his hidden teeth.

The Cro-Magnon Man Alfie Bince has now become a Goebbels doing the dirty work of a Hitler in a dictatorial and contemptible way putting Genghis Khan to shame.

To bamboozle Mayor Braganza on the belief Bince could use intimidation for him to tow the line, is the most in horrific miscalculation every Pangasinense can see in the annals of politics since the Philippinoy practiced democracy.

“Dereliction to duty, grave abuse of authority”, are words of a madman . . . a Bincian provinciality, a hodgepodge devotion to Espin-off whose limited grasp of reason would use this Local Government Code crap as a tool to coerce mayors for survival.

But, Bince a mere Board Member should know better than that. Mayor Braganza is a mayor of a city indebted to nobody in his city’s management. He knew that’s unlawful for Espin-off and his dastardly crew holding off funds due his city.

Mayor Braganza, however, is smarter to see the flimsiness of Bince, an old fart blowing hot air, a flimflam man . . . an absolute washout.

What Mayor Braganza should do is stand tall . . . hold his ground. With the city council backing him up he couldn’t do any wrong.

The schemozzle . . .

Look on what Bince has become. He assumed this rejection of Mayor Braganza on Espin-off’s shotgun wizzle-wazzle, is politically motivated on the perception running against Espin-off in 2010 . . . a cockamamie idea as well as pinheaded.

Mayor Braganza is not running either congressman for the 1st district or governor. He’s comfortable where he is now. That’s a fact!
