Malasiqui . . . jueteng free?

Does it mean jueteng operators were booted out?

How about the KUBRADORS?

Are these collectors still working the rounds?

If so, Santa Barbara is also jueteng free.

Jueteng operators cannot function in Santa Barbara, but they pull the numbers, count collections and award winnings out of town. It’s done in Calasiao.

How free is Malasiqui?
