Food Over Guns
The Governor must be smart enough to allocate funds for food instead of fire arms.
Did the provincial board of Pangasinan approve the budget for the purchase of guns? If so, they should be responsible also, not only the Guv Espino.
A lot of people of Pangasinan are in need. Guns will not solve their daily problem. A big P30million will be sitting idle. Also, guns need preventive maintenance which will be added to the budget allotted.
Lagyan ng Langis baka makalawang at mag back-fire.
