What’s with all the bad talk about the Guv handing out the shotguns? Look at the bright side of the issue. With many of the barangay captains thinking that they are Don Corleone resurrected, it gives them something to play with.

Also, think of the economical benefits. Come election time, much money is to be made by Tanduay, San Maguel and your local undertaker.

Seriously, all the recipients of the shotguns should be given extensive training on the use of the firearms and be psychologically evaluated on their right to bear these guns.

Also, the misuse of these weapons should be severely dealt with.

We don’t need a Dirty Harry gone nuts going around with a loaded shotgun.
