The issue is not who issued and approved possession of the deadly firearm. Paramount importance is the cold blood killing of an innocent civilian, a male nurse, supposedly a protectorate of human life.

Are the 3 hoodlum barangay officials incarcerated now without bail? What are their motives in the killing?

Another mockery of justice in the making if nothing is done against the 3 assailants.
