True Filipino is extinct

The recently exposed mess at the Court of Appeals tells us that CORRUPTION is everywhere in the government. Those are the HOODLUMS in ROBES, according to Erap.
How do you expect to mold the minds of the young Filipinos to be law-abiding citizens when the three branches of their government are corrupt? Of course, the majority of the Filipinos must also do corruption because that is the prevailing mentality.
It is the enforcement of laws emanating from the highest officials that can reverse this CANCER of the Philippine society or the people must do the actions necessary. Unfortunately, the true Filipino is almost extinct.
