I’m very deeply elated regarding the stoppage of work for the reclamation project along Pantal -Dawel road. It is true that growth and development is advantageous for Dagupan City, but let us not forget the implication that will soon arise at the adjacent places. The said flooding of certain places and the blockage of water going out from the city during rainy season.
