How can sustainable sanitation be achieved when the majority of the people do not have toilets and are not required or encouraged to have one for each house or family?
Pantal River is the direct disposal area for human and animal waste to toxic factory waste and these officials advertise the city as the seafood capital of the Philippines.
What a joke.
