Dear Sir,

It was very unwise for the governor to arm the barangay captains…to tell you honestly, most of these barangay captains are not ready legally, mentally and psychologically capable of handling peace and order in their turfs.

What is the use of police force? I only see this to enrich somebody’s pocket and preparing for politicking maneuver…..the sure thing tho is they will use this to harass some people of different parties than their own during election time…..rise of abuse will definitely happen.. Watch out….

Mr. Espino…are you going to turn Pangasinan into warzone?!
