Nerez is helpless

Well, it seems the sinister plot of Cro-Magnon Man Alfie Bince to kick-in-the-butt Sr. Policia Superintendente Isagani “Paganigani” Nerez did some wonders. A threat Nerez couldn’t do without.
Nerez effusiveness in backing Espin-off’s cowboys and Indians thing called off the hyenas snarling in his ass. He was made an offer he couldn’t refuse.
He was caught between a rock and hard place and swallowing his professionalism honed at the Philippine Military Academy, he did the unthinkable. He allowed the politicization of a government agency authorized to protect the vital interest of the common good.
The corruption of his domain he was sworn to uphold is complete. A leash . . . is now on his neck controlled by a cabal . . . whose only agenda for government service is to line their pockets with ill-gotten wealth . . . the Hell with the Pangasinense.
This how low the Philippinoy government has become. From the local, the provincial and the national corruption is so prevalent that it affects every concept how Filipinoys live, however, the truth is but a joke.
Nerez for his own good should do what Leo Bataoil did. Tasted his grain of salt and allowed him to be relegated to a corner at Camp Crame as Director of Police Community Affairs. Bataoil, at long last, found peace and quiet not in the rough and tumble world of Pangasinan politics, but a place they couldn’t touch him. His pride and pension intact.
Now, would it be prudent to say, Nerez is helpless, a police derelict in an ocean of manipulated greed? It can be agreed upon it could be so, with his hands tied behind his back, he’s like a pig in a poke ready for roasting.
Come now former Mayor Resuello of San Carlos, a cause célèbre. Seems it’s sealed, stamped and forgotten. It smells of cover-up going all the way to Odin’s roost at Valhalla.
What say you, Mr. Nerez?
