An alibi for backing out
The new tourist buses procured by the provincial government are a strong message to the THREE MAYORS and their advisers. Now the three mayors will have a legitimate alibi not to pursue the dream FERRY BOAT.
I would imagine that the future private operator of the ferry boat had backed out because of the development months ago.
