Encouragement starts in school, when the public schools are not funded for toilet construction in their basic building codes what message are they sending to the kids.
Visit the public school and talk to the principal where they expect their teachers or pupils on where they go for their sanitation needs. You will be encouraged to donate or help build one for the kids’ sake.
