The PCE Jr. did it again. Now it is about Pacquiao being “six (6) inches shorter than Oscar de la Hoya”. How can 5′-10.5″ minus 5′-6.5″ be equal to 6 inches?

Only the PCE’s can write and get away with inaccuracies.
