Ferry Boat project was set to launch last June, 2008 and earlier according to Sunday Punch articles several months ago.

Now they are not running against time and the TWG are still in the study phase. Very interesting coincidence-the largest shabu factory was busted and now the launching of the ferry is not running against time.
