Now, the people of Calasiao are up-to-their-eyeballs in flood waters every time it’s cats and dogs.
Perennially!
Where is the vaunted braggadocio of . . . Mayor Macanlalay . . . that the flooding was already solved by the infusion of P40M used to put berms along the Marusay River?
The P40M went up in smoke, Mr. Mayor?
Is it fair to say, the P40M is footsie-footing at Tondaligan Park?
Be it so, Mr. Mayor, seems like you’re lying thru your teeth.
