Here we go again!

Gov. Espin-off, besides his office is now deputized as the new enforcer for the environment and natural resources (Senro) for Pangasinenses.

Espin-off, is on to everything . . . the employment manager and majordomo of a ragtag band of happy-go-lucky political guerillas.

We can see the subtlety of the injection, the hand of Rafael “Excuses” Baraan printed all over the place. To deflect attention if this position was given to one of the sipsipsopsops, it’s better in the hands of Espin-off. Being top dog the impact is minimal.

His words; “It’s not the authority and power I am after. I want the local officials to know I am accountable as the highest elected official in Pangasinan. But let me emphasize this is outside politics”.

Oh yeah, Mr. Guv? Cross your heart and hope to die?

Or, a move to make more money the “legal” way, the Dindin “Legal Chicken” Baniqued’s way?

We can see a flower of corruption blossoming when governance in Pangasinan lost its meaning.

With the devilish minds in Espin-off’s command in full bore, we can see all the governors that sat at Urduja paled in comparison.

This administration could and would be . . . the Aunt Sally of them all.
