Sir,

I would believe in your praises for Mayor Romero of Mangaldan if he can improve the traffic situation in his town.

Imagine the daily traffic problem in his town! I believe the steel rails they installed dividing the road made the traffic worse ‘cuz parking is allowed along these areas and makes the road one way.

‘No stopping anytime’ and ‘no parking’ should be imposed along these areas, and better also if pedicabs and tricycles are not allowed to pass along these area.

If this can happen, I salute the good mayor you praise!
