Dear Mr. Palisoc,
Kindly allow me to introduce myself. My name is Arturo Ubando, Jr., son of Arturo C. Ubando, Sr. I am quite sure that you were referring to my father in your short article captioned “Where Are They”.
Unfortunately, it has been years since I had seen my father last. He left us without a trace. In fact, the last time I saw him was in 1994 when I got married.
I’d be happy to supply you with some background about my father, that is if you are still interested.
When I was young, I remember my dad mentioning your name and other close friends of his.
