Let’s get the ball rolling ladies and gentlemen.

I am sending letters-petitions to:

The Honorable Mayor Alipio F. Fernandez, Jr.
The Honorable Vice Mayor Belen T. Fernandez
The Honorable Members of the City Council

I hope this would help to enshrine the memory of Ermin Garcia, Sr. for generations of Dagupenos and Pangasinenses to come.

I hope, also, this idea of naming the DWL highway to Ermin Garcia, Sr. Highway will be an indelible mark in our unending march to democracy and press freedom.

Let us resolve, that we will not stop until the name of Ermin Garcia, Sr. is carved in the portals of that highway.
