There you go again, Hermie Rivera. Calling Jess Garcia a half-breed seemed not to bother him.
Let’s clear the air because looks like you don’t have even the faintest idea of what you’re talking about.
Half-breed meant a child of two different races especially applied to an American male and an Indian female.
Jess Garcia, a Tex-Mex half breed? You are drinking that cheap alcohol from Mapandan . . . CDC, if I remember right.
Texan is not a race. Texan is a person living in Texas, which in that place the proper way to address him is . . . Tejano.
Jess Garcia, is borne to a Mexican father and a Filipina mother and the politically correct way is mixed marriage not half-breed.
This term is offensive unacceptable in any form whether he’s your friend or not.
Would Gonzalo Duque allows you to call him half-breed because his father is a Pangasinense and the mother from Tarlac? He would kill you!
