When and where does the Dagupan City council hold its regular session? Kindly provide me the phone number of the City secretary? Let us test the water, forum posters!!!

I may go there someday and speak in behalf of the forum posters.

May I request a news reporter to cover this case presentation (honoring a Pangasinan hero, Ermin Garcia Sr. by naming the Dawel-Pantal Highway as ERMIN GARCIA MEMORIAL HIGHWAY) during the session and publish it?
