Mr. Van de Leon:

Methinks everybody is watching in the wings ready to help once they’re sure who will lead the charge.

Only those who are in Dagupan are meaningful.

I hate to say this, albeit scary, this idea will drown before it can swim.

My feel, it should be done individually sans the contributions because nobody, seems like, even with a forty footer would touch it.

Therefore, I encourage everybody to send letters . . . not emails . . . to Mayor Alipio Fernandez, Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez and members of the City Council petitioning them naming the DWL highway to Ermin Garcia Sr. Memorial Highway is in the best interest of Dagupan.

The Editor: Please furnish the Forum names of the City Council.
