The Governor of Bataan and his mayor son were here in Guam recently and expressed interest in the projected hiring of construction workers from the Philippines.

Obviously their interest is for the constituents from Bataan to be hired.

The new wage rates as announced in the Guam Pacific Daily News seem not to interest the Governor of Pangasinan. Is he waiting for an invitation?
