I always knew that Governor Spines is a good leader. Residents of Bugallon knew him well. He is a well disciplined, clever, trustworthy, hardworking citizen of this province. These attributes are the ones who made him the governor. People believed in him.

First encounter with him was when he was still the congressman of the 2nd district. That was the first time I saw a respected leader, picked up litters around his building and put them in a litter bin,( while walking around discussing business matters with his constituents. ) One of his favorite motto is “Cleanliness is next to Godliness”.

The governor has a lot of “cleaning up” to do. I would give him an A+ for his first year of service as the guv. We should all support him as he only wants the best for his people. He is one person who is not going to settle for anything less. People of Pangasinan should be proud of him.

We deserve to have a fine leader like governor Spines. The newly renovated Capitol Building reflects the beauty of the people it represents. It symbolizes something about us. The “new look” makes us feel good.
