Explain it the right way

One way of working around the cellphone problem is checking it in prior to entering classrooms. Just like firearms that are required to be left at the door before anyone can enter a nightclub.

I don’t see how few hours not having your cellphone with you can be a struggle between life and death.

Personally, nothing infuriates me more than being inside a restaurant trying to enjoy your food and this contraption rings at the same time. People evidently do not have problem eating and talking on the phone at the same time. They even bring it to movie houses, churches, game venues etc.

What about in case of emergency?

I remember when I was in school, I was called to the principal’s office and there I got the details. I believe it lies in how school authorities explain what students can and cannot do in an educated and civil manner.

You start with the wrong foot and soon you’ll have a student revolt in your hands.

We agree a cellphone is a wonderful invention but user should respect space of those who prefer not having one. I know… I don’t own one.
