Employing Pangasinenses in Guam

Gov. Spin got an A in the first year for sprucing up those buildings, but what is he doing about pricy employment in Guam like what is reported here: http://www.abs-cbnnews.com/storypage.aspx?StoryId=124766.
Someone, long time ago, wanted me to invite Gov. Spin, but why should I, he prefers to do SPIN-SPIN (ninong sa kasal at speaker ng Binmaley Association sa California).
Dapat mabilis siya katulad ng Rep. Syjuco ng Iloilo para marami ang Pangasinense na makakapagtrabaho sa Guam at $10-$20/hour.
