Borromeo in drug conspiracy?

Dagupan City Police top dog, Col. Dionicio Borromeo, is sweating profusely by now inside a Russian bath.
If it can be proven this infraction in police credibility is truthful, then nothing can be trusted in that God forsaken country, the Philippines, that every agency or department is utterly corrupted.
This investigation should be done with a fine-toothed comb because if Borromeo, is involved, then Provincial Police Director Col. Isagani Nerez should go further after the arms of the octopus.
A far flung conspiracy existed with this amount of money involved, a business in its own right, and with the Jefe de Policia riding shotgun, it could be believed that Col. Borromeo is just for police protection not the bagman he’s supposedly known.
Borromeo, a nice ring to it!

It’s not surprising the Brethren dismissed the NBN-ZTE deal 10-3. What are puppets on a string for? They’d done what they are supposed to do.
