To all Filipinos, Pangasinenses, Dagupenos, and Sunday Punch Readers all over the world:
Can someone like you spare a little kindness in your heart and mind to endorse or sponsor a worthy cause for the long overdue recognition of a man, a true hero who give up his life to stand up for the TRUTH?
If so, can you spare a little time sending your petition to the City Council of Dagupan to pass a resolution to name the Pantal-Dawel highway as the ERMIN GARCIA SR. MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.
