Only few are honorable

Mayor Rosario is truly an “Honorable Mayor” and must be addressed as such unlike most of the former and present mayors, and governors.
Issues such as the PUBLIC SAFETY through the use of substandard materials, the illegal fishpens, the environment are supposed to be tackled by all officials including municipal and city “engineers” if they are not CORRUPT.
Unfortunately, only very few are “HONORABLE”.
