The people of Sitio Camanggaan, Mayombo, Dagupan City mutated into species reminiscent when man started climbing down the trees and start walking upright.
Monkeys . . . that’s what they are.
See nothing . . . hear nothing . . . talk nothing.
Not the chimpanzee, the smartest of its kind, but the green ones used for clinical trials.
Decorp shall be applauded on what they are going to do. Let the idiotic barangay councilman pay for the transformer before service is restored. He should be prosecuted for thievery.
