Dear Fellow Pangasinenses… especially those fellow Pangasinenses in Dagupan City,
June 20, 2008 was proclaimed non- working Charter Holiday in Dagupan City. They celebrated the holiday as the day that Dagupan became a city.

Too bad, they forgot to celebrate on that day the most beloved modern-day hero Ermin Garcia Sr.; a publisher, journalist and editor of Sunday Punch who was shot to death 40 years ago because his news article exposed about a corruption of being committed by a govt. official.

He was killed mercilessly because of his love of TRUTH. They forgot the traditional ribbon-cutting ceremony dedicating the Dawel -Pantal High way as Ermin Garcia Sr. Memorial Highway. We need to remind them.

Where can I send my 100 dollars to start the publication of a manifesto back front page of the Sunday Punch reminding the Dagupan City Council members to pass a resolution honoring a Pangasinan Hero-Ermin Garcia Sr.-by naming the Dawel-Pantal Highway as ERMIN GARCIA SR. MEMORIAL HIGHWAY. A sort of fund raising to finance this movement- of naming this Dawel-Pantal Highway as -Ermin Garcia Sr. Memorial Highway!!!!!

Fellow Forum posters who will want to receive it and be accountable with it with the highest level of trust that goes with it and be the Executive Director of this movement.
