I took off at the speed of lightning before the gun was fired and ran all the way to ERMIN GARCIA MEMORIAL HIGHWAY (the newly opened Dawel-Pantal Highway).The sound of thunder followed and was heard by my fellow great forum posters and the Punch Administrator but not the members of the Dagupan City council.

Your impression is a fact. The essence and content of my statement remain unchanged. From now on the newly opened Dawel-Pantal Highway is called Ermin Gracia Sr. Memorial Highway.

Thank you for your deep appreciation of the forum news flash that the newly opened Dawel-Pantal Highway is now called ERMIN GARCIA MEMORIAL HIGHWAY. Your immediate desire for fund raising to build the sign board that says Ermin Garcia Sr. Memorial Highway at both end of the highway is great. An Ermin Garcia Sr. Memorial Highway reflector sign board is cheaper than LED. Thank you so much for your positive response to the news.

I am willing to chip in to buy the back-front page (whole 2nd page) of Sunday Punch Newspaper to advertise a manifesto addressed to Dagupan City Council Members. We make sure each member receives a copy for free delivered to the city hall and a copy to their respective residences. Very cost effective to start the ball rolling. Let us chip in. We could test the water and will see.
