Apparently there is a misunderstanding about the posted message of Mr. van de Leon re naming of the highway. The fact is, there is still no council resolution naming the highway after EG, and there is nothing to indicate that the city council will do just that anytime soon.
On reading Mr. de Leon’s posting closely, I believe his intent was simply to make forum posters agree to refer to it as that in the forum in a bid to pressure the city council to eventually pass a resolution.
Perhaps Mr. de Leon can clarify this further and we will stand corrected if he rejects our impression.
