Espino and coastal mayors sign covenant for the protection of Lingayen Gulf:
The reporter LM as usual is short on providing the reading public the real report-the link to the covenant so that we can read it. Why did the reporter not ask why the upstream towns were not involved in the covenant?
Is Mr. SPIN saying that pollution protection and control occurs only at the coastal towns?
This is the most stupid environmental protection strategy I have known in my entire life.
What Mr. SPIN is saying is that pollution is OK in Bugallon, San Carlos, Calasiao or Santa Barbara or in any of the upstream towns because they are not covered by the covenant.
Who is the smart environmental adviser of Mr. SPIN?
