Dear Mr. Bautista,

I can relate to what you feel about the apparent non-inclusion of Binmaley from the articles in Sunday Punch I have read so far on the destruction left behind by Cosme.

On behalf of the people of Binmaley who continue to suffer the effects of the wrath of Cosme, I demand in the spirit of fair reporting that Binmaley gets the attention it deserves so it may receive assistance from the provincial and national government.

To you Mr. Bautista, my parents who themselves were greatly affected, and the people of Binmaley, may God strengthen your faith in Him in this time of difficulties.
