Mayor Rosario is concerned with the damage on his constituents’ fishpens? I thought the good mayor got rid of fishpens in Binmaley as reported by several media long time ago.

Could it be that the Prolific Columnist Extraordinaire Jr., Mr. Al S. Mendoza do not know how to differentiate what a fish pen is with a fishpond?
