Ombudsman’s prosecution of P200.00 telephone call by the Lung Center director while millions and millions of dollars of fraud are not prosecuted means that the Ombudsman and this administration think the Filipinos are really STUPID.

It is like telling the poor director that if you are going to commit corruption, make it big. Para mayroon naman sila!!!

What can we expect from Gutierrez, Apostol, Gonzalez, Ermita backed up by their attack dogs Santiago and Enrile? They purposely allow the government officials to commit corruption and then the higher echelon corrupt officials will make their collections from them.

NBN-ZTE is an example using Abalos.
