A done deal on Bishop Cruz

The Manila Regional Trial Court just handed down marching orders for the Sheriff to pounce on Bishop Oscar Cruz, a defanged saber-toothed tiger of the Catholic Church.
With handcuffs hanging over his head, the old and gullible Bishop, is quaking in his shoes . . . pissing on his pants . . . throwing up his meal, the reality at last the misfortune of crossing sword with Archangel Miguel is coming home to roost.
Will he survive? Highly questionable. He’s banking what he believes the greatest defense lawyer in the Philippine Bar Estelito Mendoza, can mount a credible counterattack on accusations arrayed against him by PAGCOR.
Can his defense disprove what Bishop Cruz claimed that usherettes in Archangel Miguel’s birthday bash were not plain servers but GROs, which PAGCOR strongly believed were libelous?
It comes down to the dictum; “It’s not what you know it’s what you can prove”.
The way things are looking up, it’s a done deal. They will make him the whipping boy, a retribution on the cardinal sins he did the Arroyo government. Joe de Venecia found out the hard way, that colliding against the Arroyo locomotive is dangerous to your political health likewise on the Bishop’s religious beliefs.
Payback time, Mr. Bishop. Pray like Hell!
