SCT Expressway, a boon to farmers

It is surprising that SP has not mentioned in their weekly e-journal regarding the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway. This project has a huge economic impact on Pangasinan’s export produce.
Yes, there is an investigation going on about an “alleged overpricing” of the first portion Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway Project however, one cannot overshadow the economic significance of this project to the farmers of Pangasinan.
Hopefully, The Japan Bank of International Cooperation will not be deterred by these allegations and keep investing in the Philippines. Japan invasion through business and finance is preferred over bombs and guns.
