We really need this road. Who is “we”?

1. Those traveling from the north that commutes to schools in the Tapuac District. Lead and other pollutants in Dagupan’s main streets are stunting young minds on their way to school.

2. Business owners on Dagupan main streets who enjoy no benefits, but many disadvantages  owing to the forced entry into Central Dagupan by people and vehicles who have no desire to be there.

3. Add reasons by your own logic. No man can think of everything.

Let everyone work together in as much as is necessary to get this road open as soon as possible.
