ILLEGAL FISHPENS DO NOT NEED WARNING:
If the City Agriculture Officer is doing her job, warning is not needed but ORDER unless there is no consideration for something NA BUBUKOL.
There is supposed to be no IFS or BUTS if indeed the fishpens are illegal.
Why was Mayor Rosario able to remove the fishpens?
I thought Mayor Al Fernandez got “balls” to complete what was started by the former Mayor and Governor SPIN who took action in disposing the fishkill before he was sworn into office is another inutile like ‘do-nothing’ Agbayani and ‘oorong-orong’ Orbos.
Governor SPIN brags that he was already protecting the environment before he became the governor. Trying to spin the heads of our fellow Pangasinenses again and again.
