Business law 101 and the Church

Mr. Ceralde,
I do not claim to be an expert on the Church. I am only banking on what I learned through the years from people I met from all walks of life.
Our religious leaders are the expert. I like to learn more from them but I guess some of them are busy bringing in politics to their church rather than bringing the Holy Church to the people.
Anyway, thanks for the education and for taking your time to lecture on Business Law 101. I am sorry to disappoint you because I strongly feel that it is myopic view to think about the structure of the Church according to Business Law 101 and/or even Political Law 101 which are all based in modern wisdom written in the Constitution, a document containing inspired word of human beings.
If we look at Church that way, it seems very materialistic and possibly discount the sacredness of the Holy Church because it deals only with the physical world while ignoring the spiritual realm of our existence.
No wonder some gentlemen in Punch Forum are telling us to look in the dictionary for enlightenment and for the Truth who can set us free. Fortunately, some dictionaries will redirect us to the Holy Bible for farther enlightenment. Unfortunately, majority of people refuse to be redirected towards that path.
In as much that we, Filipinos, are in the seek-for-the truth mode, we might as well try our best to discern the truth appropriately.
From what I learned, the proper way to view the true structure of the Holy Church is to base our perspective on ancient wisdom written in the Holy Bible, a book sacred to Christians and is known to be the inspired word of God.
